First class professional. He was very respectful, provided a fair estimate, did everything he said he would every step of the way, and even did a little extra several times when things came up during the project without asking for more money. Another professional offered to seal the steps for an additional $300 – this gentleman said that he could do it, but that we could do it ourselves for $40 and an hour’s work and told us what kind of sealant to get and where we could get it. He really strives to provide excellent service at a fair price and he succeeded with us 100%. I couldn’t provide a higher recommendation.

I definitely recommend this company for any masonry work. My house sat with a large crack in the bricks for several years. Now you can barely tell where the crack was. Such great work and very professional!

Jack responded very quickly and we set up an appointment for an estimate. He explained clearly what needed to be done and how long it would take (power washing walkways, re-setting bricks on exterior steps, and replacing mortar). Because we have had such warm weather, he was able to complete the work quickly. After giving me a quote, once he started the job, he realized that he could actually salvage some of the brick, saving me $50. To make sure the front entry was a perfect match, he removed some older bricks that matched and ended up doing a little more work. All in all, the job looks great and I appreciate that Jack did more to make sure he did the best work.

I appreciated that he could give me an estimate from looking at pictures that I took of our front steps that badly needed repair of mortar (repointing). After six months of trying to find a contractor to repair damage to our garage and front steps, we found Jack. He not only called back on a holiday weekend but came out to give us a quote. He was substantially less expensive than anyone else, eager to do the work, knowledgeable and completed the work within the week..on a 95 degree day! He even did some additional work outside the scope of the estimate without additional charge.

My front steps (concrete) needed major repair due to house settling and weather damage. I contacted Jack and sent him some pictures of the damage. He offered several suggestions for possible repair, along with pros and cons. He was very patient and answered all of my questions before we settled on putting stone over the existing concrete. Jack and his helper did a fabulous job which took about 3 and a half days. My new steps are beautiful to look and very well installed. Everything about the job went well. Jack and his colleague showed up exactly as scheduled, got the job done on time, and cleaned up the site. The price was very reasonable. I very highly recommend Jack. I have already asked him to do some other work at my house. He really is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with.
